Abstract Assembly systems require to be designed considering flexibility from a holistic perspective produce the variety of current and future product generations. Reactive ad hoc changes after realizing both assembly system designs considerable effort may even impossible. A systematic collaborative approach that concurrently considers early phases development appears essential for working with long-term changes. To this end, greater understanding procedures design activities concerning is required.
